Turbo tax auto transferred last year’s info to this years, so shows all 3 children listed. However, my oldest turned 18 in Sep/2017, do I remove his name on my claim?

Since your oldest was 17 during the 2017 tax year you are still eligible to have him on listed on your return.  TurboTax has transferred the info correctly.
