UI Improvement - Naming of several Review Pages

A couple of UI/UX suggestions for the dev team for TurboTax Online Free 2017:

When in the "Review" workflow, no page should have a page title starting with or including the verb "File"... or "Paying"... that is confusing - and is implying to the user they may be filing, when they click on a blue "Continue" button.

Specifically:

Rename: Review > "File Now and Pay Your Tax Balance Later" to "Review Your Tax Balance and Set Your Payment Methods"

Rename: Review > "Paying Your Tax Balance Owing" to "Important Tax Remittance Information" 

Both pages above should also have representative menu entries in the Review menu. Currently they are not visible and only encountered during the end of the Review workflow process.
