Open TurboTax
Try restarting the program 3 times and try again.
If that doesn’t work, do you have a firewall or any anti-virus/anti-malware that might be blocking TurboTax Desktop from connecting to the internet? If so, you may need to change the settings to allow TurboTax to connect, or even temporarily disable the security software/firewall while you file.
