I did not work last year so I do not have anything to claim... my husband will be claiming me,should I just transfer & prepare my husbands return, or should I do together

You need to prepare your tax returns together, this ensures any credits and benefits are calculated correctly and transferred properly. 

Then each of your tax returns will be filed individually to CRA.
