2016 Quebec RénoVert credit not available in Provincial tab>Quebec Credits Profile

I need to file the Quebec RénoVert tax credit (TP-1029.RV-V) however it is not listed in my Provincial tab>Quebec Credits Profile as indicated in another answer post here. Where can I find and file this form in the online version of turbotax premier 2016?

Go to PROVINCIAL tab>Quebec Credit profile>you need to actually click on Quebec Credits Profile so a list of credits you need to check off will appear.
