Yes, you can add unclaimed medical expenses from 2020 to your 2021 tax return.

Please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your tax return
2. on the top-right of your screen click Find, type Medical Expense Profile in the search bar, and click Go
3. Check off the box that says Medical Receipts - 2020 (Unclaimed receipts only)
4. Click Continue
5. Select Enter New Medical Expense
6. Now enter your unclaimed 2020 medical expense 
7. When you are finished click Done to save your information
