If you have used TurboTax Products for the prior years and chose to optimize your charitable donations and carry forward some amount, then you will be able to view this amount or override it when you import the prior years' files.

If you are not importing the prior year file from TurboTax, you will have to calculate how much of the prior year's charitable donations you have used then report the remainder as unclaimed charitable donations.
