Can I claim the expenses for my child's psychologist as a medical expense?

We paid $3000+ over what our insurance covered through work.  Can we claim this as a medical expense?  We live in Ontario.

Yes, as long as you have your receipts to prove it to CRA when they request them, then you can claim psychologist.
