Can you tell me why we can't find the donation and medical expenses that we input?

I have input all of my donation and medical expense information, but it does not show in the PDF summary.  Why?

The most common reason that donations and medical expenses do not appear on the Schedule 1 is that the date range has not been entered properly. Check the dates for each by returning to the "Your Taxes" section of the return.
