Capital Expense not tied to just one property

Last year we built a storage shed for the storage of all the tools and equipment we use for our rental renovations as we have 6 local rentals, 2 of which are still under construction/renovation. There is no personal use (we have our own garage for that).   How should I report the capital costs of this as it serves multiple properties? Would you just divide the total by 6 for instance and just add each's share to their own CCA balance?

Yes, you can divide it between your 6 properties.
