How can I enter the information manually for the DTC?

Turbotax 2015 Standard will not allow me to open line 316 to apply for the DTC credit. The CRA has already approved it for previous years and has the cert. on file.   The credit does not show up on the form as entered. I bought the software in store, not online.

Click on the forms icon in the top blue border and type in DTC.  That will bring up the form.

The answer was for a person using the desktop version.  If you are using an online version, there is no forms icon.

so then where do youu enter it in i can't and it does not ask not very happy

following this answer, I cannot enter the basic dtc claim. how do i  effec this?

If you are using the online version, possibly depending on which one you have, click on deductions tab, and scroll down to "disability amount"  Follow the questions and pages.
