My wife moved last year to Canada. She is still on a visitor visa, we are waiting on her PR. How can I claim spousal credit for her?

I have similar query, My wife is on dependent visitor record, no income. Service Canada doesn't provide SIN for her. What should I enter her SIN as while doing combine taxes for us.
