How to claim the disability tax credit for dependants

My 12y/o daughter qualifies for the DTC and I was approved through CRA last year with documentation. Do I need to apply for the DTC on my tax return this year? And if so, how do I do that?

You will claim this under Deductions>Claims for Dependant . Select Disability credit transfer and complete the confirmation page, that will follow.
