How to insert inclusion rate (IR) for net capital losses in Chart A. The Chart is not active for IR input, just shows 1.

The numbers in Chart A of the Loss worksheet are not the  inclusion rate, they are the Adjustment factor for the inclusion rate. The inclusion rates are below the chart. The only one that can be changed is the one for the year 2000, which you can enter on the bottom of page 2 of the Carry Fwd worksheet. The rest of the IRs are set by the CRA and can't be changed.
