I am type one diabetic. Do I claim this disability as a tax credit?

You are only able to claim the disability amount if you have an approved (T2201) Disability Tax Credit Certificate on file with the Canada Revenue Agency.

I do have a Disability Tax Credit Certificate (T2201) on file...so my question remains the same; do I claim this as a disability on my tax return. If so...how, where and what do I claim? I could not find any mention of a T2201...and if I hit on disability it asks me to enter an amount...???
