If you have an amount on line 33099- and you never entered anything this year, it is possible that it is a carry-forward amount from last year.

If you are participating with your employer in a health insurance plan, it means some of the premiums are paid by you and some are paid by your employer. Your employers will include your portion of premiums paid in box 85 of your T4. This will in turn automatically be moved to your medical expenses in your return. There is no need to reenter them.
