I get child benefits monthly will I get a T4E and if so do I have to include it in my tax return? I don't have any income just my husbands

A T4E is issued if you are receiving employment insurance or maternity leave or sick leave.  If you are referring to the Canada Child Tax Benefit that you receive for your children, that amount is not taxable and therefore does not need to be reported on your income tax return.
