I have incorrectly input some of my income and also need to put in some more Medical expenses!!!!

Can I start another Form or delete all and start over???

You certainly can start over. Use the "tools" button on the top of the screen and select "return manager". You will be able to start over. (create a new return)

Use the menu across the top of your screen to navigate around in your return.

Medical Expenses are in the Deductions section.
