Is it possible to claim professional dues going back 2 years if they have not been claimed previously, as can be done with medical deductions.

The fees can only be deducted in the year they apply to.  You can do a T1Adj, and make the change to the appropriate tax year.

If you have a My Account with CRA it can be done there, or a paper copy will need to be mailed in.

Also, medical deductions can only be claimed for a 12 month period ending in the current tax year.  Anything further back would also require an adjustment.
