Medical expenses: In-vitro treatements how to include as medical expense in canada but not in quebec (as special credit applies for Quebec) ?

How should we enter information in Turbo tax in order for the amount paid for In-vitro treatments are included in canada on line 330 but exclude from line 381 in Quebec because they are included under the special fertility credit line 462 in Quebec
