My finished return shows a claim for medical expenses but I did not make a claim for medical expenses. How is this possible?
We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type medical expenses profile, select it and click go. You will then be able to delete the medical expenses from your return.
