Nunavut 2% payroll tax

I worked at a mine in Nunavut and there is a 2% payroll tax deducted from each employee but it is not included on the T4. I know what the tax is and what it is for, I am unsure of how to claim it, do I claim it as an employment expense and if so, where exactly does it get entered into turbo tax.
