Please manually update your software. (Help>Update) If that doesn't work, please try reinstalling it. It will not delete your saved returns. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).
Yeah, that doesn’t work. Whether I try to file on the app or the webpage on a laptop, I get the same error. Even when you click “fix error” (mind you, there are NO errors), it’s brings you right back saying there is still an error.
“You have reported a disposition of a principal residence property. New updates are available. Please review your information.”
I contacted support yesterday and they said it was a CRA issue.
However, I figured it out. Need to delete that form and re-do it. Deleted it and re-did it 4 times before it finally allowed me to net file.
