If you received a T4E for parental insurance plan, you and your wife, should have access to the original slip through your (or her) Service Canada account, not CRA account.
If you are unable to locate it, she can contact Service Canada or go, in person, at one of their centers, near your home, with a valid ID. Here the link where to find the information:
