I am trying the remove a Charitable donation, but when I uncheck the box and click save, it stays checked? How can I remove the charitable donation?

You need to keep they box checked, then continue forward and delete the donations. Then you can go back and remove the check mark. 

To jump to the Donations section in TurboTax Online:

1. Select Find
2. Type donations
3. Choose Donations Profile from the list
4. Select Go
