What credit are you trying to take regarding your partner? Disability, the spousal amount, caregiver, tuition?

Tuition and Medical expenses (eye exam, eyeglass, dental). I was able to find the Tuition part so far.
Amounts: Dental - 543.62 (this was the non-covered part from my work insurance) Eye exam - 80.00 (not covered on insurance) Eyeglass - 576.34 (did not have insurance during this time)
