Why do i need turbotax deluxe to enter simple receipts for medical expenses and union dues?

i'm not sitting at a desk in person, this is online and i am doing all of the work, the price increase isn't justified.

Automatically searches more than 400 credits, Identifies tax-saving opportunities, Optimizes donations, medical expenses and RRSPs for the best result.

These are not included in our TurboTax Free, and this is the reason for the upgrade.
