Higher income member claiming child care

You can claim the proportion of child care for the weeks that your wife was studying full time.  When you enter your child care expenses, they should ask you if the higher net income qualifies to claim and once there you should click yes and later on it will prompt you for the situation (lower income earner was in full time school) and you can indicate the number of weeks at the bottom.
