I've already paid for this, and now I can't file because they want me to come back in early February, but we're late february, what's going on?

Try this: Select the Back button to step back one step and then select Next to continue moving forward in your return.

I actually had to go back and then move ahead 2 steps...it finally worked, thanks!!
