Can I use TTN instead of SIN for my wife Income tax filing

My wife is on Visitor record and staying with me as a dependent in Canada since Nov 2018. I have got the TTN (temporary tax number) last year(for 2018 tax return) for my wife when I have filed the tax for her with dummy SIN "000 000 000". Can I type TTN instead of SIN while filing the 2019 tax return? as I do not see any place where I can capture the TTN.

Please help me to guide if TTN can be used anywhere in filing the tax for my wife or still I need to use same dummy SIN only to file the 2019 tax return.

You would enter her ITN number in the software since you have one for her now.
