If you didn’t get a NETFILE confirmation number, then your return wasn’t successfully submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). To NETFILE your return in TurboTax Online, select CRA Online Mail from under the File option at the bottom of the left side menu. Continue forward from there to get to the Filing Hub, where you can NETFILE your return.
