Can T-slips for paper filing be printed from Turbotax?

No. If you need to get copies of your T-slips,  you can get digital copies from the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service and print those. Or 

contact whoever issued the slips to see if you can get digital or physical copies from them directly.
