Can we refile the 2021 tax return using turboTax NetFile? I am trying to do the same but getting CRA error code 16. Can anyone suggest?

Yes, you can refile but you must wait to receive your Notice of Assessment before making any changes to your tax return. CRA will present you with the following error (NETFILE code 16), when it believes that you've never filed a Canadian tax return but you've indicated a prior return in TurboTax.
