    If you are seeing CRA Result Code: 15 - Your NETFILE account is locked. You'll need to contact the CRA to unlock your NETFILE account.

    @Charlenehoover1972 Your NETFILE account is different from your CRA My Account. A CRA My Account is not even needed to NETFILE.
