CRA says they're closed. Supposed to be open until 2:00am Central.
I've tried to file 3 times, beginning at 1:18 am April 18, 2023. CRA hours say they should be open until 2:00 am. What gives? Strike, or Turbo Tax issue?????

Yes, the Canada Revenue Agency is on strike but the date due for the taxes has not been extended.
