Can you please provide more information about your problem? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? Which tax year are you working on? Are the dividends from a T-slip & if so what type of slip?

I used  Turbotax Online for 2024 and am 100% certain I entered all my T slips but a critical one did not upload to lines 12000 and 13000.

Did you use the CRA Auto Fill option, or did you manually enter the slips? In both cases, did you review if the slips are there and the information is not showing up on lines 12000 and 13000?

For Line 13000: If you have a T4A, look at Box 48 (Fees for services) or Box 28. TurboTax Online will often ask you to "Select the source of this income" from a dropdown menu. If this isn't selected, the software doesn't know if it's business income, commission, or "other," so it leaves it off the summary lines to avoid errors.

For Line 12000: This is for Dividends. Ensure you entered the "Actual amount" vs. the "Taxable amount" correctly. TurboTax calculates the gross-up automatically, but if the slip isn't "linked" to you (the taxpayer) or your spouse correctly in the entry screen, it won't aggregate.
