We are all finished with our Federal and State tax returns and when we send them via electronic means (from my computer), we get a "popup" reply that says, "Please come back at a later time to upload a copy of the PDF that shows your name has changed."  ... We have filed jointly this year with my wife whom I married during the course of last year. Last year we both filed separately, and she filed her return under her previous last name. How do we go about uploading a PDF of the document that verifies her last name change, so that it all goes with our Turbo Tax return when we send it electronically? I think this is being flagged by the Georgia Return, not the Federal Return.
