@Jorjor95 It's possible that someone filed a fraudulent return using your dependent's information. However, it's also possible that the Social Security number you've entered for your dependent is different from what's on file with the Social Security Administration.

Form 3800 is finalized in TurboTax Online and the CD/Download software, for both personal and business returns. Once the form becomes available, it will automatically update if you're using TurboTax Online. You can check the second page of your 1040 to see the email address you provided when filing the return. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
Remember that you can use the IRS' Where's My Refund website to track refund status. To check the status of a state refund, refer to the following Help Article: How do I track my state refund?
If you simply want to check your e-file status, follow the steps for using TurboTax CD/Download listed here. If there is a status update, but you haven't received an email, it's possible that you inputted the incorrect email address. In this case, please contact our phone support team. @Tboggarty We don't have that information. If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund, this is handled by the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG). What I will say is if you receive this message, then your fee was paid and your refund will soon follow. Any additional questions regarding when your refund will get deposited should be directed to SBTPG. Refer to the following Help Article for contact information: Who provides Pay With My Refund?
