    error code 15

    How do I fix this error so I can file my taxes? I can't figure out the error as I use the same information as last year.

    error code 15

    ERROR: CRA Result Code: 15 - Your account is locked.  

    SOLUTION: You'll need to contact the CRA to unlock your NETFILE account.
