Hello, I received a reassessment notice from CRA and it seems that my tax file was miscalculated, i.e. income was double counted. What could be an issue?

There could be a number of reasons why your income was doubled. A slip may have been accidentally entered twice, a slip may have been auto-filled using CRA's Autofill My Return service and then entered manually as well, etc.
