If you completed a Canadian income tax return and you are mailing them to the nearest CRA office- which can be the Sudbury office you will have the federal and provincial information all in one once you click on print to mail- you will notice there will only be a few pages which will be your condensed income tax return that CRA requires you to mail to them. It will all be sent together.
