How can I e file if I got a message that I was rejected to already filing before?
It seems like you answered Yes to the question 'Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?' when CRA is expecting you to have answered No.
To change your answer in TurboTax Online, select [Your Name]’s personal information from under My Info on the left side menu. The first time filing question is just under the address section of the page.
