How can I know if CRA received my tax return sent by mail

Hello

So I completed my tax filling by turbotax and since it's the first time for me to do, I had to send it to CRA by mail. But I mistakenly didn't track the mail so I don't know if they got it or not. I tried to login on CRA website with my CRA account but I'm still not be able to login, showing ERR.038. Should I just call them for making sure whether they received my tax documents?

You would have to login to My Account to find out if they have received your mailed return. If you can't login to My Account, then you will have to call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
