How to fill up NR4

Hello,

I got an NR4 form from my bank with code 61 and exception code S with an amount which is the interest I got from the bank. I live in CA but I’m temporary worker. I found soooooo many answers but still not sure what to do. Also the links on how to enter the NR4 values to TurboTax is broken.

To report bank interest, use the “Find” tool🔍 to search for “int”. Select “Interest on Bank Accounts Not Reported on a T-Slip” and then click the “Go” button.
