How will I know that my return is being delivered by mail? On my return it says "CRA" but as i am a temporary resident I'm not able make a CRA account.

It's not necessary to do so, but if you are in Canada, you can mail your return at a Canada post location and pay for the Registered Mail service. When you send a letter as Registered Mail you will get a tracking number and you can use that to track your return as it travels to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
