I am getting a N1 error, this is her first time filing, is that why and do I have to send by mail.?

Please double-check that your personal information matches what the CRA has on file for you. Ex: SIN, DOB, name, address, and marital status. 
Sign in to your CRA "My Account" to verify your information. If the information is the same, contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281, as this error is generated by CRA. If you are a first-time filer and CRA doesn't have your information on file, that can also cause this error.
