@paulettemurphy Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

The services will re-open on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 6:00 a.m. EST.
The following RQ systems will be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance: TP1 initial transmissions as of Friday, January 26 at 11:59 p.m. EST. The NETFILE services will re-open on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 6:00 a.m. EST.
