I changed my mind to file, but TurboTax already charged me

I was getting ready to file my taxes and got to the last page where they asked for my credit card to pay for TurboTax. I haven't submitted or finalized my taxes yet. I put it my credit card information, thinking that they won't charge me until I file because that's what they it says on the website. "Pay when you file". However, I decided not to file at the last moment (chose a different way to file), but it won't let me go back to clear my forms or start over. Is there a way I can get my money back since I didn't file? And can I trust that turbotax won't do anything with the information I entered, or file automatically without my consent?
