When completing your return, you will enter the T4 that you received from your employer in Quebec. If you received a T4 with matching Releve 1 or just a Releve 1 without a T4 please click here - This will show you how to enter it and once you have completed your return- you will be able to file both your Provincial (Quebec part) to Revenu Quebec and Federal part of your return.
