I have a simple return, why am I being charged $21?

I have only a single T4 from a single employer. But I can't file for free~ the site tries to charge me $21 to file.

And it thinks I have a T4E, for some reason; I haven't been on EI since March 2021 (hospitality employee, laid off during covid and all that).

How do I fix this?

What is on the T4? The T4 can include medical expenses and donations, which are both not included in the Free version.

Did you get the T4e added to your return when you did auto-fill?
